FIVE-YEAR ROADMAP

CANPAK Ventures’ five-year strategy (2026–2031) is a phased, analytically structured growth plan built on confirmed market demand, existing institutional relationships, and a realistic assessment of the capabilities being activated in each successive period.

2026

Operational Foundation

Year one prioritises progressive operational establishment/ development and early revenue generation across core divisions. Selective credible OEMs , Suppliers and Resource companies will be engaged to initiate viable projects. Bunkering and waste oil disposal operations are being activated. First maritime assets procurement contracts are being executed. Initial UNODC-aligned training programmes are being delivered. Cold storage and warehousing client base will be established. Digital marketing division becomes fully operational. The objective is not rapid scaling — it is building the delivery track record that all subsequent growth depends on. Target: operational revenue across minimum four divisions, first government framework agreement will be signed.
